Travel LPN – Silver City Care Center
Location: Silver City, New Mexico
Contract Length: 15 Weeks (07/27/2026 – 11/01/2026)
Schedule: 3x12s | Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (30-minute meal break)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Pay: $40–$44/hour (based on experience)
We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 15-week travel assignment at Silver City Care Center. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LPN looking for consistent weekend scheduling and guaranteed full-time hours.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document residents' conditions and report any changes.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with facility policies.
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting safety and comfort.
Requirements:
- Active LPN/LVN license (New Mexico or Compact License, if applicable).
- Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday throughout the assignment.
