Schedule: 36 hours/week
Shift: Day/Night (D/N)

Pay Package

Gross Weekly Pay: Up to $1,529/week
Weekly Stipend: Up to $917/week, non-taxable, included in gross weekly pay
Hourly Pay: Up to $42.57/hour
Consistent 36 hours per week

Job Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care setting
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols
Monitor resident conditions, vital signs, and changes in health status
Perform wound care and other nursing procedures within scope of practice
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
Follow infection control, patient safety, and facility policies

Requirements

Active and unrestricted New York LPN/LVN license
Minimum 1 year of LPN LTC experience required
Current BLS/CPR certification
Previous LTC, SNF, rehabilitation, nursing home, or similar healthcare experience preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work the assigned schedule and complete the full contract assignment
