Job Overview

Lake Ridge Center is a secured Alzheimer's and Dementia care facility with three secured units, each averaging 25–30 patients. We are seeking an LPN/T-LPN for a full-time evening shift position.

Job Highlights

• 14-week travel contract

• Gross Weekly Pay: $1,630
• Weekly Taxable: $720
• Weekly Stipend: $910
• Blended Hourly Rate: $40.75

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in a secured Alzheimer's and Dementia care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records.
• Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or T-LPN license.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, Alzheimer's, or Dementia care experience preferred.
• Ability to work a rotating 4-on/2-off schedule.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
