Job Overview

Lake Ridge Center is a secured Alzheimer's and dementia care facility with three secured units, each averaging approximately 25–30 patients.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time evening-shift travel assignment. The nurse will work a 4-on, 2-off rotation providing quality care to residents in a specialized memory-care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in a secured memory-care environment
• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Document patient care accurately
• Support residents with Alzheimer's and dementia-related needs
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Previous nursing experience required
• Experience with Alzheimer's, dementia, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work the assigned 4-on, 2-off evening rotation
