Typical Responsibilities

• Source and recruit engineering candidates for US-based roles
• Should have Worked on positions such as:

1.    Controls Engineers

2.    Automation Engineers

3.    Electrical Engineers

4.    Embedded Software Engineers

5.    Firmware Engineers

6.    Manufacturing Engineers

7.    Industrial IoT/OT professionals

• Use platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and job boards
• Coordinate with hiring managers and MSP/VMS systems
• Screen resumes and conducts initial technical assessments
• Manage interview scheduling and offer negotiation
• Ensure compliance with US hiring standards and documentation
• Build candidate pipelines for contract and full-time hiring

Key Skills Required

• Strong US staffing/recruitment experience
• Understanding of engineering and automation technologies

Knowledge of:

1. PLC/SCADA systems
2. Allen-Bradley products
3. FactoryTalk
4. Industrial automation
5. Embedded/controls engineering terminology

• Excellent communication with US candidates (US Citizens)
• Ability to work in EST

Preferred Experience

• Recruiting for manufacturing or industrial automation companies
• Experience with W2 and 1099 hiring models
• Understanding of visa types (GC, USC,)
• Vendor/MSP environment experience
