📍 Location: Hyderabad (Madhapur)

🕒 Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Manufacturing | Engineering | Finance | Logistics | Supply Chain | Construction | Tax

💼 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT roles

✔️ Source, screen & shortlist candidates via job portals & professional networks

✔️ Coordinate interviews & ensure timely follow-ups

✔️ Understand client requirements & deliver quality submissions

✔️ Basic knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) preferred

🎯 Requirements:

🔹 1–3 years of experience in US Non-IT recruiting

🔹 Strong communication & interpersonal skills

🔹 Ability to work in night shift & meet deadlines
