🚀 We’re Hiring — US Non-IT Recruiter (1–5 Years Experience)

📍 Location: Hyderabad (Madhapur)

🕒 Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

🌎 Domains We Work On:

💼 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT roles

✔️ Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals & professional networks

✔️ Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups

✔️ Understand client requirements and deliver quality submissions

✔️ Basic understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) is preferred

🎯 Requirements:

🔹 1–5 years of experience in US Non-IT recruiting

🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

🔹 Ability to work night shifts and meet deadlines
