🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced US Recruitment Account Manager to manage enterprise client accounts across IT, State Government, Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Non-IT sectors.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Manage and grow client relationships with hiring managers, MSPs, and procurement teams

✔️ Act as the primary point of contact for assigned US staffing accounts

✔️ Drive staffing strategy, workforce planning, and hiring execution

✔️ Handle enterprise accounts including Manufacturing & Automation clients

✔️ Track requisitions, pipeline, interviews, and hiring performance

✔️ Lead and mentor recruiting teams for delivery excellence

✔️ Ensure high-quality submissions and improved conversion ratios

✔️ Manage escalations and ensure client satisfaction
